  14.   FConvert is a command driven utility to convert your existing ASCII cookie-
  15.   files. It will first examine your input file and automatically take the 
  16.   most likely conversion algorithm. Please remember that FConvert only
  17.   recognises and converts one of 3 formats shown below.

  29. Installation.

  32.   Place FConvert.exe in a valid path.

  35. Usage
  36. =====

  38.   The syntax is "FConvert <input file> <title> [creator]". The <input file> 
  39.   and the <title> must be given, the <creator> is optional. 
  40.   The <input file> is your ASCII cookiefile, while the <title> is the output
  41.   Fortuna cookiefile title. Take care with the choice of the title, because
  42.   it will be embedded in your cookiefile. Simply renaming the file will not
  43.   change the title. The embedded title is not yet used but will be used in
  44.   the future. The <title> plus the ".fna" extension will automatically be
  45.   the output filename . You can always rename it later, but keep the .fna
  46.   extension. When you choose to give a <creator>, that name will be 
  47.   embedded in the output file.

  49.   WARNING: 
  50.   FConvert only converts 3 formats. If the input file is an unsupported
  51.   format, FConvert will take the default algorithm without warning. 
  52.   So please check the output file before releasing it.
